About the role
Our team support our clients to identify, quantify and deliver full deal value, with greater speed, insight and confidence. Our combination of unrivalled industry experience and deal expertise means that we know what to look for in the target business and how deal issues should be addressed. Our approach is rooted in practical experience of what works in particular sectors.

You will work in a senior advisory team, have frequent challenging client discussions at the C-level and grow in an environment where coaching and personal development are crucial values.

In your daily work, you will be involved in pre- and post projects focusing on:

  • operational gaps identification with leading businesses and providing recommendations to drive value creation;
  • development of implementation plans and identification of savings leveraging a driver-based approach and industry benchmarking data;
  • drive transformation initiatives with a focus on (short and long term) value realization;
  • operational restructuring efforts in the supply chain from end-to-end;
  • client relationship at executive and operational level throughout the various phases of the project.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for strong financial professionals with affinity in (deals) consulting or in the area of operational performance improvement. You are ready for the next step, and want to work on the cutting edge of operations and finance within a dynamic deals (both pre- and post-deal) environment.

Your key characteristics:

  • You have 4-7 years Finance experience in consulting and/or operational performance improvement programs, preferably in corporate M&A teams, strategy consulting or big 4 firms.
  • You have deep understanding of one or more core operational functions (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Working Capital, Procurement, Sales).
  • You have a University degree in business administration, science, engineering or related discipline – demonstrating affinity towards Finance.
  • You are analytical, commercially minded and you have good social skills.
  • You have the ability to understand, lead and motivate people, deliver advice of board level quality
  • You have excellent reporting skills, preferably in client facing roles
  • You are a team player and have developed leadership skills in your current role
  • You have excellent communication skills in the English language (written and spoken) fluency in another language is a plus.
