As a Financial Specialist within Zanders you have, together with the rest of the Team, a joint responsibility for the administration of all Zanders offices worldwide.

Your role

As a Financial Specialist within Zanders you have, together with the rest of the Team, a joint responsibility for the administration of all Zanders offices worldwide. Together with the team you will be in control of the various Financial, but also help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. A grasp of the tasks to be performed:

  • Process incoming purchase invoices
  • Process and keep overview of the expenses & credit card payments
  • Cash management
    • Manage in and out going funds
    • Monitor cash positions
    • Support on cash flow reporting
  • Invoice approval follow-up

Skills to be successful

  • You have completed MBO level 3 or 4 in a financial direction
  • Some relevant experience is good, but motivation and willingness to learn and result oriented are more important!
  • Able to work very accurate in a dynamic working environment
  • Fluent in Dutch (and preferably also in English), both written and verbally
  • Experience with Sap ByDesign is an advantage
