We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities and support to the business through insight and challenge.


You mainly work with our clients to develop practical solutions for complex problems that occur within the finance domain in the commercial sector. We are specifically looking for experienced professionals in the area of operating model design, which includes the definition of the Service Delivery Model (e.g. setting up or expanding Shared Services and/or Business Process Outsourcing). You lead teams during different cycles of typical finance transformations. Our engagements range from baselining performance, designing a vision for the future, performing detailed designs and supporting transitions towards the desired state. In summary, you are passionate about aligning the financial function with the client’s strategy. Leveraging your own background, specialism, network and ambitions, you are aiming to deliver projects and drive business development.

As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

  • Train, coach, and supervise staff

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand


You have a solid background in finance and/or consulting, several years of relevant working experience and are ready for a new challenge. You want to obtain knowledge, share your knowledge, expand your network and get the best out of yourself and your colleagues.

  • You have an academic background in Finance, (Business) Economics, Accounting & Control, Business Studies, Business Administration or comparable. 

  • You have experience in consulting and/or a role within the finance function. 

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.

  • You have previously been involved in projects optimizing finance functions including optimizing service delivery models

  • You have been involved in pre-delivery activities (e.g. pitching, proposals).

  • You are analytical, commercial, communicative and social.

  • You are an ambitious team player who likes to deliver quality and has a demonstrable interest in new market developments.

  • You like to work in a team, where the different ideas and perspectives are included in the work.

  • You are innovative, entrepreneurial and are not afraid of challenging the status quo.
