Senior Business Process Manager NNIP - NN

As Senior Business Process Manager, you are responsible for delivering timely and accurate quarterly reports, dashboards and slides to our (fiduciary)clients, intermediaries and regulators correct.

NNIP – Goldman Sachs: Senior Business Process Manager

You will work as a Senior Business Process Manager within the NNIP Reporting department.

The department is responsible for delivering timely and accurate quarterly reports, dashboards and slides to our (fiduciary)clients, intermediaries and regulators correct.

Your role involves having an in-depth understanding of our clients’ needs and regulatory requirements. Interaction with other departments and external parties is a must to be able to have the team deliver high quality reporting services to our clients. Participation in initiatives and/or specific assignments will be big part of your role. Your impact will be on the customer experience side where reporting plays a major role. Proper communication, innovation, drive, detailed focus and learning by doing will guarantee a high service level to our clients.

This job offers you a monthly salary up to €6300. This is based on a 40-hour work week, excluding 13th month, holiday allowance and bonus.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall reporting process with a focus on (Fiduciary) Institutional Client Reporting processes, like asset & liability, risk, regulatory (DNB FTK) and accounting book (investment accounting, Dutch GAAP) reporting
  • Maintain relationships with other departments, and external stakeholders (clients, outsourced partners, pension fund and accounting administrators) regarding their investment portfolios and accounting book of records (ABOR)
  • Working in an agile environment as part of the Institutional Services Scrum team
  • Analyzing new (regulatory) reporting requirements and implementing required reporting
  • Coordinate reporting processes and coach reporting analysts in case of reporting issues

Requirements

  • Masters’ or Bachelors’ degree
  • >7+ years of experience
  • You are pro-active and have the ability to prioritize. You are flexible and agile to change, trying new ways of working and always looking for ways to improve
  • You are good at making a connection, building and maintain strong relationships with other departments and external parties
  • There is no doubt that you read, speak and write English fluently; making it easy for you to navigate your way in this international working environment. Dutch is a big pre due to the large Dutch client base

Next to that it’s important to learn and enjoy the work you are doing. Get to know the environment and be committed in improving and innovating your work. This is not confined to the reporting area. As you will get into contact with many other departments, you will get a better understanding of the broader operating model of the Asset Manager and potential improvements.

Your colleagues

The Investment Reporting team is part of the Client Information Service department and as a team responsible accurate and timely delivery of reports to highly demanding institutional clients, regulators and fund distributors. We cooperate with various departments within the company to ensure the highest possible level of service. Our goal is to become a sparring partner for our (internal) clients related to the reporting services we provide. We are faced with regulatory and client requirements that are becoming more strict and the continuous improvement of our processes is key.
